Decided to sell my house. It's on the market now. It's time to move on. Want a bigger house, with a bigger yard. Just so many thing I'd like to have in my life right now. So I'm waiting to see what my offers will be. If I don't get offered enough for my current house then I wont' go through with it because I need enough to pay off all my debt AND have enough for a down payment, etc. So keep your fingers crossed. :) Nothing else to report. Kahlua is back. Came home on Monday after my Perkins shift. I think he's happy to be back although he's not happy about seeing Wyatt nor Skye. Kahlua & Skye will be friends in a few days. Wyatt & Kahlua... never. I missed him. I'm kinda glad he's home even though it means extra work for me. :/ More kitty food. More kitty litter. More fur. *sigh* But he's my little furball. At least now I can make sure he's A-Ok on a daily basis. Dan & I are over. Did we ever really start? He annoyed me a lot of the time. I wasn't even sure if I was attracted to him half the time. Super nice guy. Lots to offer but just no connection. Oh well. NEXT!!! Back to the drawing board although I'm in no hurry. I like all my alone time. Kinda sucks when you HAVE to see someone a few times a week. I wish him luck however, I have no plans on talking to him. Already deleted all contact numbers, etc. Tired. :/ Hungry. :/ Hrmm. Gonna go eat. Waiting for Hydro to come and check that my new hot water tank is super awesome (aka safe). They will be here between 6 - 10. hah. Sorry for the lame post. Later. At work. On lunch. Should be using this hour to work on my school. I'm tired. Don't feel like it. Anyway, things are good. I suppose life is good. I'm busy like a bee but am finding I'm getting everything done that needs to get done PLUS spending time with friends and Dan. I love, love, LOVE my office. I love the new computer. Electronics make me so happy. I'm lame like that. I have made a few additions to the room to make it a little nicer including a new doggy dish for the Chis. They are now eating on a glass cutting board with some nice design on it. Spoiled doggies! Cleaned the carpet in the office so now my office really is all spic & span like. :) I also, LOVE my new Blackberry Curve. Well, it's pink. And it's fancy. So fancy. Got a Bluetooth and that's amazing. Can't believe it's taken me so long to jump on that bandwagon. Now when I'm driving, shopping, etc I don't have to worry about 1. Looking for my phone and 2. tying up a hand that can be used for other things. I just received my pink leather case and silicone cover for the phone from eBay. Pretty sure I'm a tech nerd. :/ School is going ok. I'm still working on my Supervision course and I'm surprisingly not bored. I spend a few hours a week working online to do the reading, etc. Then I spend an hour or less on the assignments. So far I'm sitting at 100%. I'll have my mid term in a few weeks. Lame. I also have to read a book for the course. I picked something that isn't completely boring. Very short chapters to keep me intersested. I'm done the first 2 sections on it. Work is also going ok. It's the time of year again that might get me more money! Review time! Just got my review. Last year I got 1.9 out of 5. (1 = Best, 5 = worst). This year I got 2.1. I had a nice discussion with my manager and got some ideas on how to improve. I'd like to be at least a 1.5. I've asked for feedback through out the year as well. If she notices something that will affect my review, I've asked her to tell me. So anyways, work is good. Hoping to be trained on Estates and more so on RRIFs. I keep getting more and more responsibility which is awesome. Got some tips on how to advance into management as well. Hoping for a 4% raise this year. Would be about $100 extra per month. Not too shabby I suppose. Raise money can go towards new clothes so I can get a more professional look. (business suits, etc) Still working 2 shifts a week at Perkins. Sunday and Monday from 6 - 11. I like having the shifts back to back like that. Working out well. I get them over with and then have the rest of the week to do whatever I want. Kinda don't like loosing Monday evening though. But I'm managing ok. Have three socials coming up to bartend at. One in October (18th) and two in November (1st & 15th). So that's prolly an extra $200 - $250 assuming we get good tips. This means my new desk, etc will be paid off. Pets are doing decent. I think I am going to leave dog school meaning the dogs won't be attending classes for anytime soon. Oh well. The two years of classes was nice while it lasted. Not sure how to go about quitting though. Maybe I'll go next week and talk to the lady I've been working for. Ty's back is doing ok although I am worried about him all the time. Both Chihuahuas are at an ideal weight right now. They are very active and happy. Spoiled little buggers. Ty is turning SEVEN in November. Can you believe it?! Wyatt is in tip top shape. I'm trying to cut down on the food I'm feeding him. He's bulked up (not fat, just maturing) and I don't think he needs to eat as much. Was giving him about 6-7 cups of dry / day plus some wet. Think I'll go down to 5 cups / day instead. Keeping on with the wet and vitamins. Not sure I'm switching to RAW as it's hard to meet up with my cousin to pick it up. Wyatt was a JERK yesterday. He decided to DIG a hole in my wall. Awesomecore. Just a little one. Easy to fix but I shouldn't HAVE to fix anything. He turns 2 in November. He should be all growed up by now. Skye is doing ok. She's sleeping with the Chihuahuas alot. She does get into trouble daily as she likes to go were she's not allowed. Kahlua might be coming home. Might not be working out at Jordan's house. My brother might take him but he will prolly end up back with me. It was nice having 4 pets instead of 5. Less mess. Less money spent. But I don't want Kahlua to end up somewhere I don't know / trust. He's been getting into fights with one of the gal cats and peeing in places that AREN'T the litter box. Tisk tisk. Didn't do that at my house! So I'll know his future in the next few days. Still hanging out with Dan a few times a week. He's a crazy super nice guy. He likes hanging out with me. We have fun together. He likes the dogs. He's got a lot going for him. We'll see if this goes anywhere. No discussions as of yet except neither of us are going on to Plenty of Fish anymore. He is a younger guy that has some annoying habits but I'm trying to look past this!! That covers work, school, pets and recent purchases. Not much else to cover at the moment. Travel plans are still in the works for March. Still planning on heading to Mexico but still not sure where in Mexico. If I can find a friend to travel then it will be the 4 of us. (Mom, Steve, friend, & me) If I can't find a friend to join then it might just be my mom & I. Never done that. My only stipulation was swimming with dolphins. I just REALLY need to loose weight by March. Really, really and really. 30lbs. I'm about 160 lbs although I carry it well. I'd like to be around 125 in a perfect world. I'm only 5'4" so I shouldn't weigh too much. Once I lost weight then all my body plans (aside from ones that cost $$$) are complete! Well I decided to grow my bangs out now too. So that plan is starting... NOW! Oh, been reading the Twilight series. Just finished the 2nd book. Starting the 3rd one in the next few days once it arrives in my hands. My week isn't that busy. :) Hanging with Dan tonight. Nothing on Wednesday. Dog park on Thursday. Nothing on Friday. Need to catch up on some TV watching and other house projects but nothing major. So here I am. Lots to say but I'm at work so probably can't make this too long. First things first. OMGZZZ!!! I love my new computer. Set it up earlier this week and it's so purdy. It makes me happy. It does so much crazy stuff. I actually like Vista with 1 exception. I hate having to authorize every little thing like 3 times before it takes place. Oh well. I'm sure the annoyingness will die down. How did I live with out a 30" monitor? HOW?! And how did I live with out the tv recording. So nice! Just in time for the new season of all my fav tv shows. Sweeeeeeeet. Along with the new computer, I got a new computer desk. And possible book case. Setting up the desk tomorrow. If it doesn't look too big then I'll put the book case together. If it doesn't work, then I'll simply return the book case. They dropped off FIVE boxes the other day. FIVE! I thought that was over kill so I called the store. Should of been 3. They sent me TWO desks and a bookcase. Crazy, eh? Now they have to pick it up. Annoying. :( Looks like I've sold everything that I needed to sell. :) So that's good. Working a few socials in October and November so that means the desk will be paid off in no time. :) That makes me happy. Got an email from Jordan today saying Kahlua living with him might not be working out. This makes me sad. I kinda liked less pets in my house. I will know in a few days. I'll see if my brother will take him other wise he will come back and live with me. My house has been so peaceful with out Wyatt going after Kahlua and Kahlua freaking out. *sigh* Maybe the absence will make him feel better about my house? I dunno. Good times. Weekend coming up. Just going to work on the house/yard this weekend. Dan is coming over. (Who's Dan?! - explain later) He's gonna help me with my furniture, etc. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited. :) Office is gonna look great x 100. Dan is a boy I've been *dating*. About a month now I think. Nothing official or anything but I do kinda like him even though he's not 100% perfect. But who is? He's 2 years younger than I but he has his own place and a decent job (Biochemist for the Government). He has a license AND a car!! Back from lunch. Went with my mom. Had some soup and half a sandwich. So if I can't find anyone to come with me in March on the Mexico trip, it might just be my mom & I going. That would be ok. Our work review is coming out soon. :/ I hope I get a decent raise this time around. Yay more money!! :) *fingers crossed* Anyways, gonna go get some crap done. Spending a nice night (actually day) in. Had a TON of cleaning to do. Still have a bit of organizing to do and then some school. Woot! I'm very exciting. Anyways, a bit of things going on. I'm doing some changes in my office. New computer, new monitor, new printer and hopefully a new desk and matching bookcase. :) Super excited about all of these items. :) Weee!!!! That is a Quad Core PC with 8 gigs of RAM. I'm hooking it up to the cable so I can record on to it. ANNNNND that's a 30" LCD monitor/tv. Yes. I AM that cool. Anyways, working on my school on my lunch hours and some evenings. It's going well. I believe I'm on track. So we'll see how it goes. Kinda boring. Annnnnnnnnnd... I am kinda sorta dating someone. Haven't updated AGAIN. It's been a month. Sorry! I'm not even sure if people even come to this site anymore. Ok, just looked. Still getting 10ish people checking this out each day. Crazy people! I wonder who it is. Anyways, I'm boring. Watching Season One of Grey's Anatomy. Just finished watched Six Seasons of Gilmore Girls. I don't have the 7th and final season as of yet. :( Excited about Grey's as I never saw the first season. Now I'll see how it all started. I'll make a better post at some other time.
